Even though it's not classed as stable I would actually recommend this release as the libtorrent 0.14 support and features make it a better client.

Another change is that the translations are a separate download. I made that decision because the translations aren't in sync with the Halite releases and couldn't be so in 'volunteer contributions' style. By using a separate package I can update just those files.

I took note of the reports regarding the RC and think I've addressed the pressing issues. Notably the remove torrent and files should now work. Sometime the '.torrent' file remains, there is an access conflict there I can't track down but the downloaded files themselves will delete nonetheless.
